Osprey: Sea Raptor

On the east coast of North America an osprey soars over a tiny saltmarsh at the delta of the Connecticut River. He has just flown 6000 kilometres, to the place that’s imprinted on his memory since birth, the place where he will re-join his mate. As the reunited pair mates and broods their eggs, foxes, deer and scores of migrating shorebirds bring summer’s hustle and bustle back to the saltmarsh. Other osprey pairs see their eggs snatched by predators that prowl the night. But this osprey pair are battle tested. Over the course of one summer, they fend off enemies, catch hundreds of fish, and raise their tiny chicks into the next generation of sea raptors.

Africa's Wild Year

AFRICA'S WILD YEAR is an epic, cinematic series set over the course of a single year in Africa. Each episode focuses on one of the four seasons; spring, summer, autumn and winter, and reveals how animals adapt to the changing conditions. Filmed in stunning detail, the life stories of our cast of creatures will captivate the audience whilst introducing them to some of Africa’s many hidden wonders. Animal sequences will stand alone in behaviour and drama but will be tied together by the seasonal conditions they all face, revealing the vast array of ways in which animals thrive on the continent.

New Kids In The Wild

Each episode of New Kids in the Wild features a baby animal, showcasing their amazing character and the difficult challenges they face growing up wild in their rich and unique habitat. In Brazil, we meet Chico the cheeky baby Capuchin, then across the pond in Africa we meet Usana the fearless Cheetah cub, Lyca the curious Painted Wolf pup and Chinga the fierce lion cub. Finally, we meet Ravi the brave baby Lion-tailed macaque as he explores India’s Western Ghats. Each infant has a unique and special story, which highlights their individual personalities.
