Michelin-starred TV chef Tom Kerridge is going to launch his most ambitious and exciting project yet when he resolves to lose weight and to get fit. Tom used to be overweight and unfit. Things are better now, but he’s plateaued lately and believes it might be time for a reboot. In this series Tom is challenging a new gang of volunteers to lose weight and get fit in a lasting and sustainable way. The 10-week plan begins with a 4-week turbo-charged ‘kickstart’ and nutrition and fitness advice come from respected and authoritative sources and a selection of great recipes that can be copied at home. But in the end it’s about embracing healthier lifestyles and building positive relationships together, all fuelled by food we love.

SUGAR SHOWDOWN is a fun and intense competition series that celebrates all things sweet and delicious.Three expert bakers enter the Sugar Showdown studio and compete in episodes that feature cakes, pies, cupcakes or donuts. First, the competitors must make their best dessert incorporating one mystery ingredient. After three distinguished judges eliminate one competitor, the finalists must make creations based on a theme. One baker will be crowned the champion, winning bragging rights and $10,000.
