Red Chef Revival is an intimate minute food and travel show exploring modern Indigenous cuisine, through the eyes of three chefs; New York Times featured Cezin Nottaway, Top Chef finalist Rich Francis and Chopped finalist Shane Chartrand. Using food as their access point, these chefs discover a new path to reconciliation. Red Chef Revival features ingredients you won’t find in any cookbooks, like bison heart, beaver tail, moose nose, seal and cougar. More than a cooking show, this is a people’s story on a plate.

Sugar Showdown

SUGAR SHOWDOWN is a fun and intense competition series that celebrates all things sweet and delicious.Three expert bakers enter the Sugar Showdown studio and compete in episodes that feature cakes, pies, cupcakes or donuts. First, the competitors must make their best dessert incorporating one mystery ingredient. After three distinguished judges eliminate one competitor, the finalists must make creations based on a theme. One baker will be crowned the champion, winning bragging rights and $10,000. Kai Ellis travels through the region by train to uncover the dishes at the heart of the Chinese-Canadian story, and the story behind her own Chinese-Canadian identity. Along the way, she'll get a taste of kitchen table wisdom, culture and community, meeting local historians and restaurant owners, sampling staple dishes, and cooking recipes inspired by the comfort food of her past.

In this series Tom is challenging a new gang of volunteers to lose weight and get fit in a lasting and sustainable way.
